These terms govern your use of PhotoRapAI at photorapai.com. By using the service, you agree to them.
Creating a video requires an account, sufficient credits and an available generation service. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Upload only photos and text you have the right to use. Obtain permission from people whose likenesses you submit or turn into AI performances. Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, infringement or attempts to bypass service or payment controls.
The studio supports a Birthday scene with one photo and Couple or Best Friends scenes with two photos. Images must be JPG, PNG or WebP and no larger than 10 MB each. You can add names and a personal message, then choose from the duration, quality and frame options shown in the studio. Available settings and generation features may change.
AI-generated lyrics, vocals and video can vary. Reference photos and your story guide the result, but we cannot guarantee exact likeness, wording, timing, lip synchronization or a particular creative outcome. Review the completed video before downloading, sharing or publishing it. Processing times and continued access to provider-hosted results are not guaranteed.
The studio shows the credit cost before you submit a generation request. Credits are reserved on submission. If a task is confirmed to have failed, reserved credits are returned with their original expiry dates. If a submission's status is uncertain, credits remain reserved while it is checked; do not submit the same task again. Contact us with the task ID if you need help.
Prices, credit amounts, billing intervals and expiry terms for purchases are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Contact us about billing errors or purchase refunds. A failed-task credit return is separate from a payment refund, and your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
You retain any rights you have in the photos and text you submit. You authorize us and our generation providers to process that material to create, deliver and track your requested video. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to use and share both your inputs and the output.
We do not guarantee that AI output is copyright-protected, exclusive or cleared for every commercial use. Use of any person's likeness, music or other protected material remains subject to applicable rights and platform rules. PhotoRapAI does not grant rights to third-party songs, performers or brands.
We may pause or restrict the service for maintenance, security, abuse or provider limitations. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
